How to switch to EU West during League of Legends sign up [solved]

To register your account on EU West (or any other region) you just have to follow simple 2 steps:

1. Click here to visit official sign-up page.
2. Click "change" next to Region, just under your Date of Birth (as on the picture below).

Then just fill remaining fields and voilà ;)
